All good - I liked my stay - food was good and my bed was really big. Its personnel was competent and polite, no complains at all. Easy check-in, late check-out. Not to mention excellent wifi!

Above average breakfast with plenty of choices, setting a short walk to an underground station. It was nice having an individual safe, an iron and an electronic key card. Staff were EXCEPTIONAL, room was beautiful. Plenty of food options right by the venue. True 4-star experience, very good service.

The staff was pleasant and the accommodation was homey. We've spent here 5 nights and our standard queen room was normal double. Beds were hard, even so it was truly a really enjoyable stay. It was nice to have nice pastries and fresh bread in the morning.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The service was great and staff were friendly. Our executive king room included a mini fridge, an individual safe and a flat-screen TV. Bloomsbury district was worth staying in. Enjoyed their on-site restaurant Kingsley Two, it was good.

excellent interior of the hotel. beautiful tourist attractions like british museum were very close to the accommodation. we would definitely recommend the venue to all as its location was good. there were parking nearby.

The location was perfect, with prezzo new oxford street nearby, where we could eat. A bathroom is equipped with a shower.
